Ssaku Senior Secondary School welcomes students to join a vibrant learning community rooted in discipline, academic excellence, and practical skills. Admissions are open for Senior One (S1), Senior Five (S5), as well as mid-entry opportunities for both O'Level and A'Level.
Application Process
Follow these simple steps to secure your place
Pick Admission Forms
Collect admission forms from the school or download when available online. Fill out all required details accurately. Admission form fee: UGX 50,000 (Boarding) / UGX 30,000 (Day).
Same DaySubmit Required Documents
Submit PLE results slip (for S1), UCE results slip (for S5), or latest report card (for mid-entry), plus two passport photos. Additional fees: Identity Card (UGX 10,000), e-Computer Fee (UGX 30,000), and O/Bus Fee (UGX 30,000 for boarding).
1–3 daysInterview & Screening
Applicants are invited for an academic interview and assessment with the admissions team.
Within 1 weekAdmission & Fees Clearance
Successful applicants receive admission letters and proceed to pay school fees. Students must pay at least 50% of fees on reporting day. Payments via Centenary Bank A/C 3510021246 or Nsawo SACCO A/C 192.

Student Essentials
A bank slip paid at least by 70%, 1 ream of papers (S.1–S.4), Rotafam and (S.5–S.6) Ruled papers: 500 sheets termly, 10,000/= for hair and church/mosque fee, 2 pairs of white plain T-shirts and at least two (2) pairs of black socks for boys and four black Caribbean skirts with no slits for girls
Important Notes
All admissions are subject to availability of space and satisfactory performance in the interview. Students must pay at least 50% of fees on reporting day. The school does not accept cash - payments must be made through the Bank or Nsawo SACCO.

- DIT Contribution: UGX 30,000 (for skills in hair dressing, coffee growing, poultry, baking, tailoring, carpentry)
- Church/Mosque Fee: UGX 10,000 (Boarding) / UGX 5,000 (Day)
- Study Trips & Seminars: UGX 30,000 - 40,000 (varies by trip)
- PUJAB/JAB Forms (S6 only): UGX 70,000
Critical Deadline: All S4 and S6 candidates must clear ALL school fees by September 8th, 2025.
